I have a few artists in the family and one by marriage. One time he was in the middle of shifting and having a garage sale and it was very hectic setting it up. There was a wall with a bit of moss growing up it and he stopped to look at the detail of the moss..he was about 27 at the time.....and you know, firstly, I was amazed that a man would do that, and secondly, he got me to look closely at it as well...he was looking at it through the eye of an artist...funnily enough though, his future wife an artist also and my cousin, got cranky with him for stopping work...Just a bit of trivia for you.
