Well, I would not walk under those icicles.  They are like
daggers.  They are all starting to melt.

my daughter is always taking pics of herself, it's so funny.  She takes pics of her feet and
her eyeball and her hair or striking a pose.  Her friends do the same.  It's so cute to
see their facebooks.

LOL she absolutely LOVES playing in the snow but she's
not a cold weather dog.  She gets cold and comes in and
lays right by the fireplace or cozies up to the heat vent.
She is soooo funny, cask.

As soon as she sees it snowing outside she whines
to go out.  She plays hard then sleeps like a baby.
She doesn't like to be out in the cold unless there is
snow to play in though.  My other dog loves being
out in the cold and tries to stay away from the fireplace
and the heating vents.  He hates hot weather.  They
look alike but they are completely opposite weather wise.

I think lucy will love swimming.  I can't wait to see her this
summer because she has never seen hot weather.  She was
born in September so it was already getting cold out, I mean
we had a few warm days but mostly winter since she's been
alive.  She will love the summer.

a storm coming....thank god...

http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/perth-braces-for-hot-stormy-weather/story-e6frg1rc-1225833073640

STORMY weather is forecast to hit Perth this week as the city continues to experience one of the hottest summers on record.

A deep trough is expected to bring storms on Wednesday and Thursday, as temperatures nudge 40C, the WA Bureau of Meteorology predicts.

The wet change will end Perth’s driest summer on record.

But bureau forecaster James Ashley says the storms are not likely to bring a huge amount of rain.

"It's hard to say with these things and I don't like to put a number on it but it's likely to be around five to 10mm," Mr Ashley said.

Widespread thundery showers hit the metropolitan area in January, but very little rainfall has been recorded at the bureau's Mt Lawley site since November 20, when just 0.6mm fell.

The summer average rainfall is 35.1mm, since December just 0.2mm has fallen in the same city gauge.

Mr Ashley says the storms are most likely to hit Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.

“Early Wednesday will be the most active period, but it’s certainly not going to be wild.  It’s a normal old thunderstorm,” Mr Ashley said.

“Thursday there is also the chance of a storm in the afternoon with a lot of heat and if there is enough moisture."

Forecast for the week
Tuesday      Sunny.                                 Min 21     Max 36
Wednesday    Storm risk.                            Min 24     Max 38
Thursday     Storm risk.                            Min 24     Max 39
Friday       Sunny.                                 Min 24     Max 37
Saturday     Sunny.                                 Min 24     Max 38
Sunday       Very hot. Sunny.                       Min 24     Max 41
