I saw him on tour years ago and he sounded AWFUL. He hasn't been able to sing for years. He is a talented writer but Arlo Guthrie came before him, so he was hardly original. He was marketed as a Christian Contemporary Artist for awhile. I don't keep up on that genre anymore so I don't know if he is still claiming to be a born-again..
