I create them over a long period…. And layer over layer

I use Ulead, for chopping (tracing) colour manipulation and so forth…. Then I use photo bucket edit program and  I use ms paint as well… for touching up individual pixels….

For the gift making I used

http://www.myspacegens.com/handler.php?gen=animatedimage&p=view&id=1262119140

And this site for “fun pictures”

http://www.sillyscenes.com/things.asp

and fody.com for other types of effects I want like “water reflection”…. omg, I cannot believe I used to do water refection manually in Ulead.
