members,
I have a very close friend, born in Australian of Portuguese parentage....when she was 5, her parents were homesick for Sth Africa, [or the mother was] so they went back there where my friend grew up and married....well, eventually they wanted to all come to Australia since they still held Australian citizenship and Sth Africa's social problems were getting out of hand and they saw no future there.....well, about 4 yrs ago, my friends was homesick for Sth Africa so she went back to make another go of it, [against everyones wishes] got ripped off her thousands and came back to Australia to start life YET again...
When she got back and saw all the blacks from Africa over at Kardinya's K-Mart...absolutely everywhere, she was so shocked and I told her that we now have many here from Africa and she rolled her eyes and said, "you're asking for nothing but trouble inviting them here,"...
In my city, the blecks are going into people's yards and stripping their Khatt trees of leaves....they just walk right on in their yards 24/7 and climb their trees looking for the drug and now many of the tree owners are cutting them down...trees that are 50 yrs old....these blecks from Africa even cause some violence on the home owners trying to get their hands on the Khatt tree leaves.
they've formed gangs in my city and are fighting with abos and Asians and Maoris and god know what else.
I am personally phucked off that we've turned Australia into another dump....really, this is so wrong on so many levels.
We're NOT a leading nation and we could have been...to me, we could have been the best country on the planet.
I am NOT against immigrant families, [with the emphasis on families] from all over the world...
I actually KNOW Asians who returned home because they don't like Australia....Australia isn't for everyone....there are only two types that want in here from overseas [ususally] and that is the very rich and there very poor.....the middle classes from whatever country LIKE their own countries and so that should be...and are happy to stay in their own countries.
The actor Dr Haing S. Ngor who starred in the movie "The Killing Fields" [now deceased was really a hero]....he worked in his own country helping at the refugee camps when he could have just as easily lived in Hollywood from his money and fame...he wanted to help his fellow countrymen and women...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haing_S._NgorSee, it is people like him that should be admired....the Fred Hollows of Cambodia, I call him.
And just look what they've turned around and done to Oprah's attempts at educating the girls in Sth Africa with her school....the lezbos attacking the kids....there is no hope for Africa, I feel...and bringing them here won't help us..
