Bowels/wind, left kidney, radiated pain from the spinal cord or anything I have mentioned…sometimes cartilage tears away from the bone [ribs] a little and that hurts like hell…pulled muscles…..hernias…
Did you lift anything heavy?

Sounds horrible.
Have you got any anit-inflamatories?
I'm leaning towards radiated pain. The probelm might not be in the area you think it is.
