The template for 3rd Rail does seem to be the way Bra1n ran FC;  the general chit chat amongs the mostly female membership.  The only distinction is that at 3rd Rail people aren't allowed to start threads directly about a person, only a topic.

In otherwords, it's Flame Champs Lite....Flame Champs with threads about "topics" rather than people.

VC has melted down and attacked several people directly on a couple of occasions;  in fact, most of the policy violates seem to be on the part of the Global Moderator aka VC aka Princess of PT there.
