I've got seating for 10-12... eveyone young is going to have to eat in family room where I am taking the picture from... all the dishes on the table have been cleaned and they're just stacked for now... today I am making the main course... I made first course yesterday and some of the desert... I will still be cooking tomorrow just before the party..

there will be 3 courses only... and I might make mulled wine... the theme for the party is "Christmas in July"..

I had to add another table to the one I have and its NOT the same height....but tough... its the family occasion that is the importance of it..

some bodies doing dishes

art studio

Birthday girl and husband behind square block however, the afternoon sun is streaming into my art studio...

birthday girl under hat..

_______________

I was hoping for a real cold wintery day, blustering with wind and rain, instead, I got a spring type day, the world would envy....

some still drank the mulled wine I made, though.... that went off well...

I have more pictures but I doubt my rellies would like their faces splashed across cyber-space so all you're getting are side profiles....at best.

I got lots of genuine compliments over my food...

the only thing that I was really disappointed with was, reheating the mash potato doesn't work,... I should have zapped it in the microwave instead of trying to reheat it on top of the stove... it was almost set like **** concrete...
