When does the turnaround begin?

I was wondering when the new GloMo was going to start turning this forum around? I could care less if it happens or not but he's been in power for almost 24 hours now and other than old alts being revived I don't see any new members jumping to sign up.
I do have a suggestion however as to accurately gage if the new GloMo is really improving the forum or not.

Is there anyone here who remembers the days of Watergate and the Nixon admin? During then a special prosecutor was appointed to look into irregularities. I humbly suggest the same be done here.
I think either Daz or icy were be perfect for this position. Daz or icy should be made admins of this forum immediately and look into the accusations of nic switching and alt using. Should Daz or icy discover that the accusations are correct, all alts should be removed and deleted and everyone be limited to just one nic. Daz or icy should then remain in power in order to make sure that the abuse of nic using does not happen again.

Otherwise it will be the new GloMo and caskur slamming each other with their various alts.
