PM posting is frowned upon but no official action to be taken. b- No spamming nor idle chit chat better served in a non-flaming subforum. c- Individuals who are caught sabotaging offsight trolls to be reprimanded and punished suitably. d- Any other overlooked stipulations as necessary. 7. Casino Cash to be phased out over the next 3 years. 8. A number of distinguished flamers and trolls from the past invited to return, voice their opinions, and re-assume shared control and/or direction of the sport. They are in no particular order nor conclusive: a. Bumspud b. Lady Ice c. ladr d. Dr. Manhattan e. Evil Blood f. Sum **** g. HC Trouble h. Atvile i. Jewels j. Rotwang k. Summer of George l. Individuals who repeatedly flout such warnings will be first pinked, and later banned for a determined amount of time. 11. Offsite trolling will become equal partners with onsight flaming. Onsite trolls who prove their worth to be incorporated in a private sub forum board room. 12. Incorporated trolls who violate the sanctity of said private sub forum to be punished as seen fit. 13. Loco - whatever you've done, and whoever you've hired to do it... it isn't working. The board is getting worse by the day, and as far as I can see you have nothing in the pipeline that will stop the decline, let alone reverse it. Perhaps you should admit to yourself that you don't really know how best to proceed with the board, and take a little advice from people that were representing BH when you were still trying to get noticed at Flame4Cash. It is utter stupidity to not even consider these proposals. For a start, we need some **** Regs. People out there don't flame anymore because there's no incentive, no goal. Regship used to be the target they aimed for. Moderator status was bestowed upon the best of the Regs, giving the Regs themselves something to push towards. At the minute, you have absolutely nothing to reward flaming whatsoever, earmarking the best positions for your most trusted lapdogs, yet still demand that people drop top-quality flame material in your lap. The problem isn't that the flamers aren't flaming, the problem is that the people in charge are giving the flamers no reason to flame. You have the opportunity to change that. Wipe the slate clean, and go back to Year Zero. I don't get around to BH much anymore but must admit I do go there every so often to lurk and admire my work. Sort of a mobid curiousity. The posts above are the only posts I have seen that have contained any entertainment value in years. It has gotten that bad over there. These two posts had me rolling on the floor. Not because the authors have any talent for being funny but because of the stupidity and complete lack of any knowledge as to what happened over there. Now they want to re-build despite the fact they could never grasp what went wrong in the first place. Not that they ever had it all together in the first place but they did have a small place on the internet that was in better shape than the complete mess they have now. My specialty is in long term strategic planning. I took on BH as a hobby...the plan was to destroy them. You start off with a goal and everything you do after that is done toward that goal. You study their weak points and then maneuver the halfwits to do your bidding toward their own destruction......leaving little trace because you make them think they were the ones that thought of doing the suicidal acts in the first place. Yes it took years but brick by brick I dismantled everything down to what you see today. I also did the same thing to FC. I had nothing to do with the downfall of DS...others get the credit for that. Even though I am not prone to having an out of control ego and bragging about myself I have to say DS was nothing and never interested me. They had an over emo owner that just needed to be pushed a little to have a mental breakdown. No challange there. I won't explain the tactics I used as there were many designed to do many different things. Most people wouldn't understand the purpose of them anyways. The only person on that list with the sense that god gave a mere insect is That Dastardly Man and I handed him his ass on serveral occasions. He got me one time due to my carelessness. The list itself is a clear indication of what one of their main problems is. Conspicuously missing is the architect that brought them down to the gutter. The very person who knows how they were dismantled. If you can tear them down then you sure know what it would take to correct the situation. Look at the list. Many of those "yes" people didn't have any answers before and so why would they have a clue now? None of them have ever had an original thought in their lives.....they abandoned that for a group-think mediocre existance. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. That is the mentality you have at BH today.....total insanity. They frst thing they need to do is study their own history way back and figure out what really happened. Identify how they were manipulated before they invite a bunch of blabbering chimps into a thread that will accomplish nothing. Forget about your prejustices and be honest and determine who did what. Determine who did the most damage when you were exposed for many cowardly things over the years. Who used backroom channels to influence who was selected to be regs? Regs who were morons and disruptive to the order of the BH reg system. Trojan Horse regs who were too stupid to even know they were Trojan horses. Who used reg idiots to convinced Dumbsday that the "Home of Internet Terrorism" should prove what cowards they were by blocking links to other sites? The answers are hidden deep but a really smart person could put all the clues together. I would say a few things about F4$ but seriously, are they even worth a footnote much less the waste of time it would take to type a sentence about them? |
