I used to beg my mother to NOT cook the potatoes!
Raw potatoes with salt are great!
Years ago, I was having dinner at my MIL's place and I was eating a roast and there were these crunchy white things I was eating and I said...."this is different, what is this?" Dead silence. Apparently she must have put the potatos in the microwave but because the old **** is as blind as a bat, she didn't time them long enough...
how embarrassing...... 
She ignored my question though...."What? The potatos?" |

I love raw potatoes with salt but lately
when I eat it my throat itches. Weird.
My elementary school friend used to look
at me like I was nuts when I'd eat a chunk
of raw tater. I never ate much but a chunk
here and there was yummy.
My husband eats raw ground beef which
I find repulsive.

I eat nothing raw except foods meant to be eaten raw like salad veggies and fruit.
as a starving child we did lick the bowels of cake mixture but it isn't the same taste as an adult so I don't do that anymore....

What other raw foods do you eat?
I eat raw noodles, raw taters, raw veggies, raw oysters,
raw cake batter & cookie dough (sometimes). I know there's
probably more but I was just wondering what you eat raw.
My mom used to always let me eat spaghetti noodles before
she'd cook it and cut me a chunk of raw tater. Also my sister
and I used to fight over the cucumber peels. We devoured them.
Might sound like a dumb question but I'm curious.
