yes the ties Must be cut. the woman in mind when i wrote this is an adoptive mother. she took this child in as a foster child when he was taken from his mother. his father died when he was nine and That was when restraints were used. his Life has been pure hell since 'the state' took possesion of him for his own good. it was Not good for him and Still isn't.

there must be a lot of presures on parents with a world falling apart but you have to cut the ties and trust that the foundation you raised them under works in adulthood.
